For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.589 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307, 506(ii) of IPC seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3.The case of the prosecution is that on 05.12.2020 the petitioner and other accused abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and attempted to murder him with aruval and criminall intimated him.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would also submit that the injured was discharged from the hospital.

5. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the injured sustained grievous injuries he was admitted in the hospital for more than 15 days. Hence he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the injuries sustained by the defacto complainant is grievous and had taken treatment for more than 15 days, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
