ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.125 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.This is the second anticipatory bail application. This petition has been filed on the ground that the 2nd accused has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody and later, released on bail. The earlier application was dismissed by this Court considering the indecent manner, in which the offence said to have committed by this petitioner. person does not deserve any consideration for anticipatory bail, which is a discretionary one.

3.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, accordingly.
