COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.11.2020, for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The petitioner herein is arrayed as A2 in this case and the alleged occurrence took place on 28.08.2020, 07.09.2020, 20.09.2020, 21.09.2020 and 12.10.2020.

CRL OP(MD) Nos.15654,15657,15659,15658&15655/2020 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false cases have been foisted against the petitioner. He would also submit that the petitioner is in jail for more than 25 days, hence he may be granted bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner being a practising advocate along with other accused said to have involved in house breaking and robbery. He would also submit that the one previous case of similar nature is pending against the petitioner in Tiruppur Police station. 5.The petitioner being an advocate involved in this type of offence is condemnable, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
