2 W.P.(MD)NO.19738 OF 2022 Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's father P.Shanmugavelu had executed a settlement deed dated 15.12.2021 in favour of the writ petitioner. The petitioner wants mutation of the revenue record. At page No.35 of the typed set of papers, the petitioner has enclosed the patta standing in the name of the petitioner's father. Therefore, there may not be any difficulty for the second respondent to effect mutation. The petitioner had given an online application on 13.07.2022.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned application and effect mutation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs. 25.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No PMU 2/4
