O R D E R

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) None appears for the petitioner.

2. This petition has been filed alleging breach of the order dated 14.06.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.11913 of 2024.

3. The learned Standing counsel for Tiruchirappalli City Municipal Corporation has made available the copy of the docket order dated 14.06.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.11913 of 2024. It reads as follows:- "Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 and wants two weeks time to file a report. Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and wants two weeks time to take further action pursuant to the impugned order and file a report before this Court.

2.Notice to the 5th respondent through Court as well as privately returnable in two weeks. 3.Post the matter after two weeks."

We are unable to notice any breach of the order made on 14.06.2024. On the other hand in W.P.(MD)No.16196 of 2024 filed by the 2/4

3 CONT.P.(MD)NO.1977 OF 2024 petitioner herein, an interim order was granted on 16.07.2024. Paragraph No.4 of the said order reads as follows:- "Accordingly, no coercive steps shall be taken to remove or hinder the petrol bunk area being operated by the petitioner. Insofar as the other structures are concerned, it is open to the respondent Corporation to comply with the directions already given in the connected writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.11913 of 2024, dated 14.06.2024."

4. The learned Standing counsel categorically states that only the unauthorized construction put up by the petitioner was removed and that the petrol bunk run by the petitioner is very much intact. Even that step was taken pursuant to the direction given in W.P (MD) No.11962 of 2021 made on 18.03.2024 at the instance of one Balasubramanian. We are satisfied that no contempt has been committed by the respondents. This contempt petition is closed.
