Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.POORNACHANDRAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10349 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 to execute the surety and to surrender before the Court. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the affidavit, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to execute the surety and to surrender before the Court.
