O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.101 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.101 of 2015 dated 06.06.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 379(NH), 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and submitted that except registration of the case, there is no substantial progress in the investigation. Therefore, sought for suitable directions.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the police have completed the investigation and they will file the final report shortly. The same is recorded.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
