Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.PORKODI KARNAN, Advocate for M/S.POLAX LEGAL SOLUTIONS for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANTHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13579 of 2022 on 27.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Sisde) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.
