ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the compensation amount of Rs. 433948/- to the petitioner for the acquired land in S.No. 477 / 1b (now S.No. 477/13) in Iyanpapakudi village, Madurai south taluk, Madurai district in an extent of 4200 square meters by the 2nd Respondent by the way of considering her representation, dated 29.07.2024.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner is yet to have her husband's civil death declared, this writ petition would not lie. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. The dismissal of this writ petition will not preclude the petitioner from moving appropriate civil proceedings. No costs.
