ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to file final report in Crime No. 373 of 2020 on the file of the Puthupatti, Police Station, Pudukkottai District within the stipulated period based upon the representation given by this petitioner dated. 04.07.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the third respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.373 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
