This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to quash the charge sheet in STC No.894 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner had not shouted in the Court premises and he had been conducted the case as party-in person.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the First Information Report had been registered based on the complaint of the learned Presiding Judge of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the objection of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor it is not a fit case to quash the charge sheet. Further considering the fact that the Petitioner had caused disturbance to the smooth functioning of the Court 2/4

and based on the directions of the Presiding Judge, the staff of the Court had lodged First Information Report, which resulted in the laying of the final report, hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The Petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the pending trial. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
