ORDER

It is informed that the respondents have issued notice to the petitioners stating that they intend to hold survey on 27.09.2024 at 11.00 am., It is brought to the notice of this Court that on 24.09.2024, both the petitioners as well as the 6th respondent in W.P.(MD) No.10061 of 2020 have been called for an enquiry before the Tahsildar, Thirupprankundram, to decide on the conduct of the survey on 27.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the sixth respondent in W.P.(MD) No.10061 of 2020 would submit that the issue of 'No Objection Certificate' would depend upon the ultimate survey.

3. Since there is compliance of the order of this Court dated 04.10.2023, the Contempt Petition stands closed. As and when the survey is completed and the property is identified, they shall immediately issue 'No Objection' with reference to the above.
