This Writ Petition is disposed of without counter, as the writ petition is of the year 2018.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09/11/2017 for giving recognitions to the petitioner for Christian prayer activities in the name of India Penthegosthe Devasapai, Pethestha,Moovotukonum, Palugal Post, Villavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

3.It is noticed that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 09.11.2017 with the first respondent for giving recognition to the petitioner, so that the petitioner will be in a position to get grant from the Government for running a Church.

4.Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation with the first respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order enclosing the earlier representation dated 09.11.2017. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks thereafter.
