This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 Police to comply with the orders of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam in Crl.M.P.No.2930 of 2023, dated 08.05.2023.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. and the same was forwarded to the respondent Police under 156(3) of Cr.P.C with a direction to make an enquiry and it is submitted that no enquiry was done so far, therefore, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand submits that the directions received by the respondent Police dated 08.05.2023 was enquired into and concluded the enquiry on 19.06.2023 and submitted a report to the learned Magistrate stating that no cognizable offence is made out.

4. Once complaint has already been enquired into by the respondent Police and submitted a report, no further orders can be passed in this 2/4

petition.
