Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under section 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioners to move this Court for the relief.

4.Subject to this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
