ORDER
******** (Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J. The order of the coordinate Bench in the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.3835 of 2019, dated 20.02.2019, was a direction to the Tahsildar, Agastheeswaram Taluk, to survey the lands in Survey No.212/3 and lay a tar road in the Iduvai.
2. Alleging willful disobedience of the aforesaid order, dated 20.02.2019, the present contempt petition has been filed.
3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that in compliance with the orders of this Court, tar roads have been laid in the subject lands and produced photographs also in this regard.
4. As such, the disobedience alleged by the petitioner, need not be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. [M.S.R.,J.] & [R.T.,J.] 23.11.2022 Internet : Yes/No pm
