************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to close down the dumb yard in S.No.104/2 at Komaliparai, Sathyamangalam Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District and to shift the same to some other non-residential place. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subsequent Writ Petitions filed before this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.13652 and 29311 of 2023, challenging the consent order granted for running dump yard in the aforesaid survey number came to be disposed of vide order dated 14.12.2023. Therefore, learned Counsel submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
