This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 31.08.2019.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner against the third and fourth respondents, petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12481 of 2019 enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.253 of 2019, on the file of the second respondent police.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuing summon to all the parties concerned and complete the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
