Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S RAMANATHAN.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11662 of 2023 on 30.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11662 of 2023 on 30.06.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month (i.e.,) first working day of every English Calendar Month. sd/- 26/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
