O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) The learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirapalli by his letter dated 23.01.2026 has sought further time to dispose the G.W.O.P No.120 of 2019.

2. This Court had already directed the II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirapalli to dispose G.W.O.P No.120 of 2019 within a period of six month from the date of receipt of the order. The learned Judge had stated that the case was posted from 11.11.2024 to 03.12.2024 for appearance of both parties and both the parties were present. For Enquiry petitioner side evidence commenced on 13.12.2024. Petitioner filed petition under Order 7 Rule 14 along with 21 documents and the petition was allowed on 16.04.2025. Petitioner Side evidence was closed on 19.06.2025. For respondent side

evidence opportunity was given from 09.07.2025 to 04.09.2025. Respondent side evidence closed on 25.10.2025. Respondent filed Reopen Petition on 29.10.2025. Petition allowed. Respondent side RWI examined and this case posted for RWI Cross. Both side counsel has not co-operated to conduct the case. Due to the above reason this case was not disposed within the time granted by this Court.

Considering the request made by the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirapalli and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time already granted by this Court to dispose the G.W.O.P No.120 of 2019 is extended by another six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
