Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of BALAKRISHNAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11635 of 2021, dated 19.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 23.09.2021, without fail.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11635 of 2021, dated 19.08.2021 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
