ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner/innocent senior citizen under the guise of enquiry in the bald allegations of money has not been repaid without truth and conducting the enquiry by the second respondent endless.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the copy of the closure report, dated 30.07.2024.
