ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1) (a), 4(1) (I) & 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.681 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused have found in possession of 85 liquor bottles (180 ml). Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submitted that the co-accused was arrested and thereafter released on bail by learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is yet to be completed.
