The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider her representation, dated 29.09.2023 and to pass final orders on its own merits.
2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The Petitioner claims right over the property in T.S.No. 4651/2A situated at Kacheri Road, Vada saragu, Thenkarai, Periyakulam, Theni District. Patta for the above said property was issued in favour of one Manikandan. Hence a representation was submitted by the Petitioner before the second respondent on 29.09.2023 seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of Manikandan.Therefore, the second respondent in his proceedings in Oo.Mu.No.7046/2023/Aa1, dated 22.11.2023 issued an enquiry notice for the Petitioner. Thereafter there is no progress in the matter. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 29.09.2023 and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, the above said Manikandan and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
