ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy in HS.No.12 of 2025 and therefore, the respondent Police in order to verify the availability of the petitioner went to the petitioner's house and they have not harassed him.

3.Since the petitioner is a history sheeter, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to him. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
