This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order, dated 05.07.2023.

2.Today, ie., on 24.07.2023, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the respondents submitted that the impugned order is withdrawn, since there are errors in the calculation. 2/4

3.If the respondents issued fresh order, the petitioner shall challenge the same as per law. Therefore, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
