ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 81 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, in Crime No.370 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a matrimonial dispute between the defacto complainant and the first accused, as a result of which, she leave the house by took the 3 months old child. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner's name is not found in the F.I.R.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is yet to be completed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of offence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
