PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.682 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who were arrested on 23.09.2021 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 392 and 397 I.P.C, in Crime No.682 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 23.09.2021, the petitioners waylaid the defacto complainant and his son and robbed a sum of Rs.500/- at knife point. Hence, the complainant. 3.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that apart from this case, the first petitioner is having seventeen previous cases and the second petitioner is having twenty four cases to their credit which reads as follows.
