The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the cross objection.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that they are not having any objections to condone the delay.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
