PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C.
PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 1037 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A7, who was arrested on 22.07.2020 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.1037 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already the petitioner has moved bail application before the Additional District Court No.1, Madurai and by suppressing the said facts, he has filed the present bail application before this Court as if this is the first bail application. He would further submit that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved in ten cases. 1/3
3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the same and submitted that false cases have been foisted as against the petitioner.
4. The respondent police has given the data with regard to previous cases pending against the petitioner, which reads as follows.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that suppressing the earlier bail application, the present bail petition was filed and also considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
