Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner claims that the petition mentioned land had been assigned in favour of his father and he wants carrying out of necessary changes in the relevant revenue records. When I put the learned Special Government Pleader on notice, the fourth respondent replied that the very assignment appears to be open to doubt. I do not want to enter into the factual controversy at this stage. The petitioner has given representation in this regard dated 08.09.2020. The fourth respondent is directed to pass orders on the said representation on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
