2. On a perusal of records, it is seen that this Court has granted interim protection to the petitioner till 12.11.2021. After nearly 1 1⁄2 years, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to list the matter. It seems that there is no apprehension of arrest. Even today, the learned for the petitioner has not chosen to appear before this Court and argue this matter.
