ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4318 of 2024 in Crime No.704 of 2023 dated 10.07.2024 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, cancelling the bail granted to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after cancellation of the bail, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued and the same came to be executed and the petitioner was arrested and is in judicial custody.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a bail application and is pending for consideration before the jurisdictional Court.

4. Recording the submissions made on either side, the Criminal Revision Petition stands disposed of. The learned Magistrate is directed 2/4

to consider the petitioner's bail application and pass orders following the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court with regard to the disposal of the bail application. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
