PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the learned Special Court for the exclusive Trial of SC and ST Cases, Ramanathapuram to consider the bail petition of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender in connection with the FIR in Cr. No. 41/2026 on the file of the second respondent and to release the petitioners on bail on the very same day of their surrender.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in crime No. 41 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Court for the exclusive Trial of SC and ST Cases, Ramanathapuram, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender in crime No.41 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. The petitioners shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 07.07.2026.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
