For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottaichamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.80 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 306 IPC, in Crime No.80 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was married with defacto complainant's daughter. Out of wedlock, they were blessed with two girl children. The petitioner is the alcohlist. The daughter of the defacto complainant was very much annoyed by the act of the petitioner. On 26.01.2018 at about 6.45 p.m., the defacto complainant's daughter committed suicide along with two daughters by jumping into a well near R.V.S.Nagar, Dindigul. Based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the occurrence has taken place in the year 2018 and the victim, who is the wife of the petitioner had some psychological problem. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the ground that only during the investigation, the real truth will come. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the the petitioner's wife committed suicide by taking the life of two children, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. sd/- 26/10/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
