The writ petition was dismissed for default on 28.06.2022 for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. Affidavit has been filed by the petitioner to the effect that his counsel has left abroad and therefore, he could not appear on the said date.

2.Already delay in filing the restoration petition has been condoned. The restoration petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to list the matter before the concerned Court.
