Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that they would publish the writ petitioner's internal marks and also return the same to the writ petitioner.

3. The petitioner is directed to approach the office of the respondent along with this order copy. On the said date, the petitioner's certificate will be returned to her. This writ petition is allowed.
