This writ petition is not maintainable, as the relief sought is against private parties. However, taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been bona fide pursuing the matter before this Court, the period spent in the disposal of this writ petition shall be taken into consideration when an application is filed under the Motor Vehicles Act.
