Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUSARAVANAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13998 of 2020, dated 04.12.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham twice in a week i.e., every Tuesday and Thursday at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
