This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry on the false complaint given by the third respondent and not to interfere into the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the third respondent in O.S.No.368 of 2024 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Madurai.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,08.08.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
