O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to remove the illegal occupants from the property of the Waqf under the Tamil Nadu Public Premises Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants Act, 1975, (TN Act 1 of 1976) as amended by Amendment Act 33 of 2010 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.06.2023, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The land belongs to Waqf, therefore, the 1st respondent is empowered to remove the unauthorized occupants. The 1st respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation and by invoking the Act, shall remove the unauthorized occupants. If the petitioner is having any other documents or information regarding the unauthorized occupants, the same shall be given to the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent is directed to take appropriate action as per law. 3.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
