(In all the W.Ps) For Petitioner : Mr.M.Kubendran for Mr.D.Anandan For Respondents : Mr.H.Arumugam COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders passed by the respondents in respect of the petitioners and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioners with continuity of service, back wages and with all other monetary benefits according to law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were employees of the TASMAC in different shops and they were dismissed from service on various dates. Challenging the dismissal orders, the present writ petitions have been filed. He would further submit that similarly placed persons that of the petitioners were subsequently reinstated in service. Hence, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondents by way of representation. 4/7

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court, without interfering with the orders impugned in these writ petitions, is inclined to grant liberty to the petitioners to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed with the above liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
