ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for some time, counsel for petitioner states that petitioner will reply to the show cause notice, dated 20th February, 2024, copy whereof is at page No.14 of the typed set. 2.Counsel for petitioner states that within one week reply will be filed together with documents in support of petitioner's case. Counsel states that he also questions the jurisdiction of respondent No.3 to issue the impugned notice.
3.Counsel for petitioner states that reply to the notice together with supporting documents shall be filed by 4th November, 2024.
4. The learned Government Pleader states that petitioner's reply will be considered and an order passed after giving a personal hearing to 2/5
petitioner.
5. Notice of personal hearing shall be communicated atleast 5 working days in advance. The order to be passed shall be a reasoned order dealing with all submissions of the petitioner.
6. Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application stands disposed of.
