The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 160 days in representing the cross objection.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the cross objection, if it is otherwise in order and post the same along with the main appeal.
