No. 1158/2017/P1 (Dev) dated 30.05.2017 and 31.05.2017 suspending the petitioner from service and not allowing him to retire from service and set aside the two orders and direct the first respondent to pass orders permitting him to retire as on 31.05.2017 and disburse the retirement benefits to the petitioner and pass orders. ORDER

With the demise of the petitioner on 27.06.2021, a copy of the death certificate being placed on file, the charges laid against the petitioner under charge memo dated 29.05.2017 abate.
