This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to file final report /charge sheet in Crime No.126 of 2021 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.126 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
