...Contemnors/Respondents 1&2 Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for their wilful and wanton disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.7033 of 2011 dated 05.01.2017 under the Contempt of Courts Act. Prayer in WP(MD). 7033/ 2011 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the records, pertaining to the proceedings order of 2nd respondent in O.Mu.No.641/V1/E1/2011, dated 25.01.2011 and to quash the same as not valid and direct the Respondent No.2 to regularise this petitioner as Vocational Teacher Grade II, with all monetary benefits from 10.06.2002 as per the G.O.No.74.
