(1D) No.134, School Education [Pa.Ka.5(1)] Department, dated 18.08.2021 and quash the same in so far as the clauses in para 4 (I) (c), para 4(I)(V) and para 4(III) (ix) are concerned, and the consequential impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.41779/C4/E1/2021, dated 12.10.2021 and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from effecting compulsory transfer by treating the petitioner's post as vacant in pursuance of the impugned clause in the Government Order. 1/3

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has also filed a letter dated 21.10.2021 to that effect.

2. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
