ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition is filed to the petitioner / accused on bail in S.C.No.72 of 2024 in Crime No. 289 of 2023 on the file of the Mahalir Court (Fast Track Court), Thoothukudi.

2. The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.11.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 302, 506(ii), 120 (B), 114 and 34 I.P.C., in Cr.No.289 of 2023, seeks bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive between the parties, the petitioner and the other accused persons conspired together and they were attacked the deceased with deadly weapons.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that it is a case of double murder and the petitioner has got one previous case of similar in nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
