ORDER
The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to grant police protection for the petitioner's life and limb as well as to survey and demarcate the property and fence the property comprising in Survey No.379/1A, 379/1B and 379/1C situated in Karur Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District measuring 7 acre 65 cents based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.07.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the fifth respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.07.2022.

3.In view of the above submission, the fifth respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.07.2022 and to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner for surveying his land.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
